What ingredients are used in your chocolates?

Ingredients: Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier: Lecithins (SOYA), Natural Vanilla Flavouring.) Kataifi (WHEAT flour, water, WHEAT starch, salt, sugar, vegetables fat, dextrose, preservatives: potassium sorbate), Pistachio Sauce (Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Sugar, Skimmed MILK Powder, Whole MILK Powder, PISTACHIO Paste (6%), Emulsifier (Sunflower or Rapeseed Lecithins), Flavouring, Natural Flavouring.) Do your chocolate bars contain allergens?

Yes, all of our bars are made in a kitchen where common allergens are present, including NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, MILK, SOYA, WHEAT, GLUTEN, and EGGS. Please take caution if you have any allergies to these ingredients.

How should I store your gourmet treats?

To maintain the quality and freshness of our products, it is recommended to store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Proper storage can help preserve the flavor and texture of the chocolates.

Can I customize my order?

At this time, we do not offer customization options for our products. However, we are continually assessing customer feedback and may consider this feature in the future.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, our shipping options are primarily focused on the UK market. However, we are exploring possibilities for international shipping to accommodate a broader customer base in the future.

What are the delivery options and costs?

We offer delivery services across the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, through our trusted courier partner, Royal Mail. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with delivery details. The standard shipping fee is £4.99.

What if I haven’t received my order confirmation?

If you’ve placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If it’s still not there, feel free to contact us at bakingdaduk@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

What should I do if I missed my delivery?

If you’re not at home when your order is delivered, you can use the tracking link provided to arrange for it to be left with a neighbor or in a secure location of your choice. 

How can I track my package?

You will receive tracking emails from both BakingDadUK and Royal Mail, including a link to monitor the status of your parcel in real time.

Do you offer returns?

Since our chocolates are perishable, we’re unable to offer refunds once they’ve been dispatched for delivery. However, your satisfaction is important to us!\\ Please feel free to contact us if you encounter any issues, and we will do our best to resolve them promptly.

What if my order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items?

We take great care to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. However, unforeseen issues may sometimes arise. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully and notify us within 24 hours if any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect. This helps us address the issue promptly and take appropriate action.

When contacting us, please provide clear photographic evidence showing:

  • The product(s) in their original, untampered state.
  • The packaging in which they were delivered.
  • A group image if multiple items are involved. This ensures we can fully understand the problem and resolve it efficiently.

What if my delivery is late or my parcel is lost?

If your parcel appears to be missing, please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate. Requests for replacement or refund will only be considered if there are no updates on the courier’s tracking system for 7 consecutive days.
