A request for a refund due to a "change of mind" is not permissible.
As all our products are handcrafted by a dedicated team, each item will exhibit unique characteristics. Refunds will not be issued for variations in the product, such as chocolate thickness or decoration, unless determined otherwise at the discretion of management.

Given that taste is inherently subjective, we cannot accommodate refund or replacement requests solely based on personal preferences regarding flavor or texture.

We prioritize the careful production and packaging of our products; however, chocolate is inherently delicate. Consequently, minor cracks and imperfections will not be eligible for refunds unless we, as the company, assess the damage to be beyond an acceptable threshold. It is important to note that the product remains suitable for consumption.

Certain products have a limited shelf life, which will be explicitly indicated in the product description. Please consider this information when placing your order, as complaints regarding short shelf life will not qualify for refunds or replacements.
